Rock is all coonhound. He is the type of hound that you turn loose and get back after you find him under a coon. He goes as deep as he needs, opens with a ball/squall on track, and a squall/chop, yodel, on tree. Very good pressure tree dog and will split off by himself alot. Rock is PKC, AKC, and UKC Registered. Rock finished to Nite Ch. in April with a first place at Laurelville, PA. He scored 1100+ points, no circle, no minus and dominated his cast. In his first Nite Ch. cast at the 2009 Little Mountain Music Hunt held annually at Blairsville, PA Rock won his cast but did not get the Nite Champion win so he is off to a good start towards Grand Nite. Rock was the High Scoring Redbone at the Little Mountain Music Championship. Rock is now DNA-P and is a 2009 performace sire.

Rock finished with 3 wins to Grand Nite Champion. He was High Scoring Dog Thursday night at National Redbone Days with 1350 +, no minus, no circle handled by Allie Harvey. The following night he scored 787.5+ again handled by Allie in a Nite Champion Cast. In two nights of hunting at National Redbone Days 2009 Rock scored over 2200 + points. Allie handled Rock at the PA State Youth Hunt and Won 1st Place with 725+. Rock was qualified for the 2009 World Championships with a 3rd Place win at the RQE in Eckart, MD.

Rock passed away on 08/30/2009 with 4 wins to Grand Nite due to complications after surgery due to a hunting injury. We currently have a litter of pups here at the house out of Rock and our NiteCH/Grand Ch Redneck Woman (Gretchen) that we are keeping. Only 2 of the pups will be leaving and both are going to proven competition hunters to continue Rock's legacy.
